Aren't REDs(at least their yet to be released EPIC/Scarlett) video cameras with photo capability? SO thay suck too, just the other way round.

RED EPIC camcorders are already out, we work with EPIC 645 Pro (filming commercials for local businesses).
How is it suck if you're using Zeiss lenses on a 25+ megapixels brain, hmm? We successfully made several 60" x 40" prints for our clients directly from one single frame from the video footage.
The SCARLET is RED's version of a 5D Mark II, it is more of a still camera with actual video capability (with full manual control). Funny, everybody are waiting for it but they don't have any idea how much they are going for... For the "brain" (sensor) alone.

DSLR's with video capabilities suck. Buy a RED.
